Why don’t people trust
Habib’s CFW? I have some subscribers that really don’t bother to install it. They
rather wait on Rogero which I understand because he has been on the scene longer,
but Habib on the other hand is making a CFW a day after Sony releases a OFW
update! I give him mad props! What's your opinion?
I have an OFW 4.50 on my PS3. I have been researching for how to jailbreak my ps3 for hours-a-day-everyday. It seems the only way I can do that is if I downgrade to 3.55 OFW. The only way to do that is to have a Jailbroken ps3. This is just a loop I'm in. How do I go on from here? What do I need to do? How can I do it? What is a spoof? What does it do? I subscribe and like all of your videos :) You don't have to make a long-and-time-spending video, but just like a text tutorial; which is good enough for me :)
ReplyDeleteThe only way to install CFW on a OFW 4.50 is to downgrade or buy a downgraded ps3 offline. There are downgrade services on Ebay that can downgrade for you at a reasonable price. A spoof is a package file that you install to make a CFW a higher firmware but when disabled it goes back to the version CFW it was before you spoofed it. Hope this helped you….

ReplyDeleteDear Ced, could you help me out. I am on Rogero 4.50 and I want to update to Habib 4.55. Can I take the .pup and update through the XMB or do I need to find another update method? Have you done this yourself on a Rogero console and have it worked from Rogero 4.50 to Habib 4.55? Thanks a much.
ReplyDeleteYea it will work fine. I'm on Zero 4.55 and when Rogero 4.55 come out I'm going to upgrade to that. So yes you can install over any CFW higher or equal to the one your currently on.
